Derek smiled. "Good you should be."He said, with a nod of his head. She should be proud and happy.Everyone of course deserves to be happy.Or at least thats what he though.Well there was one person he could actually think of that he knew was not happy, more or less with him. That was his sister Mia.He never got along with her. When ever he talked with her was basically for something she had done.It never was a happy conversation.
"Run into trees?"He questioned her, raising his left eyebrow. That would hurt if you ran into a tree, now he had a reason not to go sledding. "Yep,I've gone in the snow." He said smiling ."But I've never made a Snow angel or a fort..."He told her. He'd only been in the once in his life. When he went to Michigan to visit his aunt for like Christmas or something. He was only like ten years old though.
He noticed how chilly it was getting,it was night so what would you expect."Hey...do you want to get out of here?"He asked, her.Derek didn't care really if they went somewhere or just staid here.He just though he'd ask.

Cameron shrugged. "I'm glad someone supports me." She smiled at him. She really was, her parents didn't support her decisions, she was happy he did. She pulled her hair out of its pony tail and parted it to the side. She ran her fingers through it.
"Yep, running into trees. It isn't that fun." She said, then soon added. "The running into the trees part, sledding is fun, I guess." She said, then she nodded her head, as if she was thinking over her opinion then just figured she was right.
"Sure, I guess, if you want to." She shrugged. The beach was nice, but she wanted to get to know the area. Not to stay here for the rest of her life. She wanted to see what was so good about this place, what they had all said about in the commercials.

Derek smiled when she said that she was glad someone supports her.He really didn't know her all that well, considering they had just met.But for some reason he felt like he'd known her longer.Weird I know but he just felt that way.Probably because of her personality,he didn't really know what the reason was.It had to be something though.
"Since, you think sledding is fun.I should try it sometime."He said,"Just to see if your right about it..."He said lightly, with a smirk on his face.He wasn't the biggest fan of snow, but hey you only live once.Might as well try some different things.
"Alright."He said with a small smile on his face."Where would you like to go?"He asked her, probably anything she could think of it had to be in Hollywood.Derek did like living here it was somewhat kinda better than where he used to live.Yet,sometimes he missed Napa.

Cameron soaked in the silence, but she didn't like it. She wasn't good at starting conversations, but she did a lot. But after the end of one, she couldn't think of anything to say. She kept the silence and kept walking at a steady pace, the waves hitting her ankles.
She shrugged. "I don't know, if you don't like snow, I wouldn't go sledding, but you can always try." She shook her head. A lot of times when you are sledding, you have to jump off of it because it was Going at a bad angle, heading for something. And a lot of times it tips over. But she kept that inside her head.
Cameron looked at him. "I don't know, surprise me." She had her arms crossed while she was thinking. She didn't know where to go, and he knew, well, she thought he knew. She shrugged again. "I don't know much about here, or what's around here." She said looking up again.

Derek continued walking along with her,he listened to her talk about sledding. "Yeah, but its good to try something new.So whenever I'm around snow.I'll go sledding."He said with a smile. "Or at least try..."He didn't really know if he'd even be good at it.It didn't look every hard, seeing it on TV,or in a movie that had little kids playing in the snow and that were sledding...
Derek was thinking,on were to take her.He didn't want to take her to the lot. That was a place he mostly hang-out at.Wasn't the best place to be around here.Well there always was the club.He could take her there. However he wasn't sure if she'd need to change before going there. But oh well,he'd just asked her if she wants to go there and if now.Well then he'd think of some other place.
"Would you like to go to one of the clubs around here?"He asked, her with a small smile on his face.

She shrugged, "OK, if you really want to try it sometime, I could take you to Colorado, or up north or something." She offered, looking up the beach at her car. She could barely see it in the dark sky, only lit by the moon. She could see the city glow hover up in the sky, compared to the sky over the beach.
She figured that she could pull some clothes out of her car if she needed to change or something. She had clothes in there since she really hadn't found any place to stay. She pulled her fingers through her hair, combing it calmly. She pulled down her hand, and crossed them again.
She looked up at him and smiled. "Sure, I would just have to get some clothes out of my car up there," She trailed off. She looked again at her red Mustang. She couldn't see, but it needed a car wash. It was covered with gross stuff from the roads in Colorado. She went off at an angle, toward her car, offering for Derek to follow her.

Derek smiled. "That would be cool.I've never been to Colorado, let alone up north. In a long time."He told her.Derek had been up north before, but it was along long time ago.He doesn't really remember it all that well.Derek's friends never showed,he needed to get something from them. However that could wait another day.He wanted to take her to the club,it just sounded better than waiting here all night for them.
Derek nodded his head. "Okay."He said simply with a smile on his face.He really couldn't see her car all that well, because of the dark.As he followed her over to her car,he could see it much better and knew that it was a Mustang. Not really knowing what color it was though. He couldn't really tell.

She smiled. "Well, Colorado is great, but you will need a big coat." She said, looking back to smile at him. She kept walking up the beach to wards her car, hoping she went to the right one. She yawned and took a better hold of her keys.
When she got to her car, she unlocked it and put the key in the ignition. She pressed a button and the cap came up. She pulled the key out and the car stopped running. She went to the back of the Mustang and went through a couple things, searching for a descent pair of clothes.
After awhile of pushing stuff out of the way, and came up with a tank top and Capri's. She pulled them on over her swim suit and after pulling out her purse, she shut the trunk and looked up at him. "Okay, I'm ready." She said smiling. Her car wasn't that great, it had been to the repair shop a little to many times. She crossed her arms and waited for him to take her to the club.

Derek laughed a little. "A big coat? I don't have one."He said with a frown on his face. "I guess I'll have to buy one of those then."He said with a smile reappearing back on his face.Derek followed her to her car.He went to the trunk of the mustang he watched her going through some stuff finding what she was going to ware.
Derek bit down on his lower lip as she put on the tank top and Capri's. "Alright."He said smiling. "My car or your?"He asked her not really caring. He figured her's because they were closer, but he just though he'd ask anyways just to make sure.

Cameron smiled at him. "Unless you want to go on a fake hill, it isn't as fun," She stopped herself and thought for a moment. "You should go skiing, it is fun watching newbies." She remembered when she first skied, and she tried not to remember. She giggled.
She shrugged. "Which ever, I'm not picky." Which was half a lie, because she was picky, just not about these things. "We could go in mine, because it is closer." She offered, she didn't really like her car that much, but it looked nice, right? She looked at him and crossed her arms.
OOC: Sorry it is short.

Derek smirked, "I bet it is fun...for you."He said with a smile, about what she said about watching the newbies. He thought about it,he couldn't really see himself skiing but you never know he might end up liking it.Plus it was good to try something new once in a while.
Derek shrugged also. "Alright we'll just take your car."He said with a small smile, her car was cool.Way better than his, thats for sure.Derek liked cars just he didn't always really ever have a nice one. However he wanted to get a nice one someday just right now...He was pretty much living on his parents money, taking somewhat care of this sister, and drinking having fun with his friends almost every night. So he really didn't have time to get a job save his money for a new car.He knew his parents would never just go out and get him one.All though that would be pretty nice of them.

Cameron smiled. "Don't worry, I'll help you learn." Although she wasn't a professinal, she could still help him. She smiled at him, maybe he wouldn't like snow. Everyone has different opinions though. She crossed her arms as he decided.
After he picked her car she bit her lower lip and said, "Okay then, get in!" She opened her door and climbed into her car. She really hated her car, it was the only one she had ever had, and it was free, to her at least. She started the car and waited for him to get in.
She thought for a second, and then added. "You might have to tell me where to go." She said very slowly. She only knew of the beach, and a couple other places. She turned on the radio and started searching for a good channel. OOC: Same problem here, and show choir, and jazz band competitions, it is hard to get on everyday!! And it is the time of year when teacher want to get big problems out of the way...
